The role involves overseeing all Technical activities of MacRes, including design, proposals, and technical support for EPS and EPC projects in the Indian region. You will collaborate closely with the Sector Manager and various teams such as Sector, BU/BD, Construction Services, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include visiting sites to prepare techno-commercial proposals, reviewing designs and drawings, preparing technical documents for the Indian subsidiary, and optimizing system efficiency for proposal turnaround time. You will also be required to ensure that our specifications are included in Tender specifications, stay updated on market scenarios and competitor knowledge, and populate Smart Terms & Conditions. Additionally, you will provide technical marketing assistance for specific projects by engaging with consultants, clients, and contractors. You will work with the HOD to review technical KRA achievements, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans. Collaboration with various teams like BU/BD, Construction Services, Marketing, and Sales will be essential for project planning and execution. Training and development of teams, including the construction service team, will be part of your role to enhance sector development. Regular interaction with clients and contractors for guidance and improvement is also expected.
