Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and campus recruitment drives. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit with company culture and role requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and assessments. Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.). Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent. Assist with HR operational activities such as induction, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT or startup environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Familiarity with HR tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing techniques. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
