The Accounts Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and MCA filings. The role involves preparation and finalization of accounts, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring timely and accurate returns and reports. ______________ Key Responsibilities: 1. GST Compliance: • Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns. • Reconciliation of GST input/output with books of accounts. • Handle GST audits, assessments, and notices from GST authorities. • Monitor changes in GST laws and ensure compliance. Techlink Infoware: 2. TDS Management: • Ensure timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.). • Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). • Reconcile TDS payable with Form 26AS and books. • Address TDS defaults and coordinate with vendors for compliance. 3. Income Tax Compliance: • Assist in preparation and filing of company and director ITRs. • Prepare tax computation, advance tax workings, and support for tax audits. • Coordinate with consultants for scrutiny, assessment proceedings. 4. Finalisation of Accounts: • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. • Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. • Support in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes. • Ensure proper ledger scrutiny and provisioning. 5. MCA Compliance: • Assist in ROC filings (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC). • Maintain statutory registers and board resolutions. • Coordinate with Company Secretary for MCA returns and compliance. 6. Audit Support: • Liaise with internal, statutory, and tax auditors. • Prepare and compile audit schedules, supporting documents. • Ensure timely closure of audit queries. 7.
