Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and networking issues onsite. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, access points, firewalls, etc. Handle LAN/WAN configurations, IP addressing, and network cabling. Provide IT support and service calls to client locations as per schedule. Maintain proper documentation of service calls and issue resolutions. Coordinate with the back-office technical team for escalations and remote support. Ensure timely response and resolution of client issues to maintain service standards. Maintain inventory of tools and IT spares required for field operations. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripheral devices. Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP). Hands-on experience with installation and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues efficiently. Basic knowledge of CCTV, biometric devices, and structured cabling (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
