Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Tech TS Process

Location: Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Upto 36,000 CTC + 1,500 PLI

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate technical/sales solutions.
• Drive sales through upselling & cross-selling.
• Meet performance metrics (CSAT, Sales, Quality, Productivity).
• Maintain professionalism and customer empathy at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of Tech + Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs.
• Graduation mandatory (Computer background preferred).
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
