You are a strategic, entrepreneurial P&L Lead required for a rapidly growing EdTech vertical in Sec 3, Noida. With 6-10 years of progressive experience in the EdTech industry, holding a B. Tech / MBA qualification, you will be responsible for scaling the business into a 2000 Cr entity over the next 3 years. Your primary responsibilities include owning the EdTech P&L, driving revenue, profitability, customer retention, and sustainable growth towards the 2000 Cr vision. You will be tasked with scaling EdTech operations by building and optimizing large-scale telesales, onboarding, and success operations. Additionally, your role involves leading enterprise sales, pipeline building, closing strategic deals, and expanding key accounts. As a successful candidate, you must have a proven track record of enterprise sales, telesales, operations, or customer success in the EdTech sector. You should possess at least 3 years of experience directly managing substantial revenue (100 Cr+ annually) and demonstrate the ability to achieve aggressive revenue goals and scale complex enterprise accounts. Moreover, you need to excel in team building, operational excellence, leveraging AI-driven solutions, and managing scalable remote operations. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, foster a high-performance culture, and work closely with Product & Tech teams to enhance automation and run data-driven experiments.
