We are seeking experienced and dynamic US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing IT consultants, a thorough understanding of US hiring practices (W2, 1099, C2C), and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires working in US time zones (Night Shifts) and handling end-to-end bench sales activities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Market available consultants to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners . Manage recruitment for contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions. Work extensively on W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models. Source and screen candidates using platforms such as Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn , and advanced Boolean/Google search techniques. Evaluate and shortlist resumes against role requirements. Negotiate rates and close deals with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B consultants . Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants and clients. Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles. Ensure accuracy, follow-through, and timely delivery in a high-volume recruitment environment . Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: 1 - 5 years in US IT Bench Sales (US Staffing) . Strong knowledge of US hiring models (W2, 1099, C2C) . Proven ability to handle multiple requirements independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
