Ensure accuracy, follow-through, and timely delivery in a high-volume recruitment environment . Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: 1 - 5 years in US IT Bench Sales (US Staffing) . Strong knowledge of US hiring models (W2, 1099, C2C) . Proven ability to handle multiple requirements independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
