Role Description: Bench Sales Recruiter This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad with Techenzy IT Solutions pvt Ltd.The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from marketing consultants to securing successful placements. This includes identifying opportunities, engaging with vendors/clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors. Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships. Track submissions, interviews, and placements daily. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure all hiring and compliance requirements are met. Develop and expand professional networks to maximize placement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve placement goals. Should have Experience working with different Visas like OPT,H1B,GC,GC-EAD.
