About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller with excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate must have prior call center experience and be comfortable handling both outbound and inbound calls. Required Skills & Criteria: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (V5/V6 communication level). Graduation is mandatory (12+ Diploma will not be considered). Minimum 6 months of BPO/Call Center Telecalling experience. Strong verbal communication skills with clarity and confidence. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. Must possess a proper experience letter from previous employment. Basic understanding of sales techniques is an added advantage. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software. V5 and V6 Skill Set - Must be fluent in both English and Hindi Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for product/service introduction and follow-ups. Manage inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing support. Deliver accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer doubts. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements. Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy. Achieve daily/weekly targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
