As a Business Development Executive at our fast-growing software development company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic indoor sales and outdoor marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our software services in various settings, and building strong business relationships. You will engage in activities such as researching and identifying potential clients for custom software solutions, conducting outdoor visits to promote our services, explaining technical offerings in a simple and convincing manner, representing the company at expos and networking events, setting up meetings and product demos, collaborating with the tech team to prepare proposals, tracking lead pipeline and deal closures, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in software sales or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to pitch technical software products effectively. An energetic personality with confidence in outdoor and face-to-face interactions, self-driven attitude, and basic understanding of tech terms are also key qualifications for this position.
