Role & responsibilities Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Mold loading Plan. To Load / Unload Molds, Responsible for issuing correct ratio of virgin and regrind material and produce components as per standards. To Process Engineering Plastics like Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Delrin, POM, ABS, PP, etc., Responsible for Rated Shift Output. Responsible for reducing Rejections thro 7 QC tools. Responsible for Raw Material Reconciliation every shift report. Responsible for 5S, 3C in the Shop Floor. Should have handled auxiliary equipment's. Should have substantial experience in automotive components. Experience in single minute die exchange methods. Fluent Hydraulics / Electronic Debugging of Machines. Worked in IATF 16949 organisation with minimum 15 injection Molding Machines.. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTS Preferred candidate profile CIPET / NTTF / Diploma / Degree in Plastic Processing Perks & Benefits Subsidised Lunch Provided
