This is a great opportunity to gain hands- on experience in a fast-paced and growth- oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events. 2. Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. 3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions that align with their business goals. 4. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development efforts. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. 6. Digital Marketing : Target audiences are based on factors such as age, location, interests, and online behavior. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. Knowledge of web services and portals is a plus.
