Least employee satisfaction. Not much to learn. Freshers starting there carrier from here face a lot of problem while switching. And for the employees with band U4 and higher, the increment is negligible.

Not good MNC for employeesas compared to other, senior manager's main focus on cost cutting not to generate revenue for company. For example, TechM not giving cup for drink water in company, employee using their own bottel for that.
