Tech Mahindra Hiring for Functional Safety-Bangalore Role & responsibilities Experience in System/Software design and development Experience in Safety analysis like FMEA, FTA, DFA, for System / Hardware/ Software Experience in Software Quality and process (e.g., SPICE, ASPICE, CMMI) Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems/Hardware/Software) Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS) Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely and persuasively to peers, management, and customers Application of the safety process throughout the development cycle as well as participating in bids and global projects in safety-specific tasks; Preparation of project safety plans and other safety-related documents (e.g. hazard analyses, fault tree analyses, safety cases, etc.) in line with our standards and best practices. Support project execution by coordinating requirements with the , Project Manager, Suppliers, and Customers Planning, implementing and evaluating the outcomes of safety analyses Presentations of the results to our internal and external partners Leading the organization in ISO 26262 certification Audits. Preferred candidate profile BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics with min 5 years of experience at Tier 1/2 supplier or OEM with knowledge of ISO 26262 Perks and benefits
