Tech Lead - Voice Automation Platform

In this role at Deepija Telecom, you will be responsible for architecting and building a voice-based automation platform. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building and leading the voice automation platform architecture - Integrating STT/TTS services from Google, Azure, AWS - Designing conversational flows using IVR or conversational AI - Developing scalable microservices in Python or Node.js - Collaborating across teams to deliver AI-driven features - Optimizing voice data handling and system reliability - Contributing to prompt engineering and reusable libraries As an ideal candidate, you should be a problem-solver passionate about voice tech, real-time data, and seamless automation.
