Tech Lead Voice Automation Platform

As a Tech Lead at Deepija Telecom Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in architecting and building a voice-based automation platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and leading the voice automation platform architecture - Integrating STT/TTS services from Google, Azure, AWS - Designing conversational flows using IVR or conversational AI - Developing scalable microservices in Python or Node.js - Collaborating across teams to deliver AI-driven features - Optimizing voice data handling and system reliability - Contributing to prompt engineering and reusable libraries To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills: - Experience with Twilio Programmable Voice or Freeswitch API - STT/TTS integration experience - IVR or conversational AI design expertise - Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Node.js - Knowledge of microservices architecture - Familiarity with Livekit or Crew AI frameworks The ideal candidate for this position is a problem-solver who is passionate about voice technology, real-time data, and seamless automation.
