Tech Lead - Technology & Platform Development

As a software developer at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for software development projects encompassing design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software applications to meet end users" needs. Your role will focus on driving day-to-day operations efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include participating in designing discussions and planning meetings, developing new applications/software based on business requirements, translating designs into high-quality code throughout the software development life cycle, defining infrastructure and deployment requirements, and building operational tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, and analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating software components and third-party programs, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software across various services and functional areas. It will also be your responsibility to create technical documentation for reference and reporting, collaborate with Product Owners and teams in story grooming, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning, prepare Test Strategies and Test Design, identify tools and approaches for automated testing, and generate test reports based on features, modules, severity, and releases. The desired skill sets for this role include expert code/test case writing skills, the ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications, understanding software engineering concepts, experience with software design, coding, testing, and development, and knowledge and/or experience in scrum/Agile techniques.,
