Tech Lead / Tech Specialist - Salesforce

The ideal candidate should possess 8+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform as a Developer and 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead. You should be proficient in Technical Designing, Development, Client Handling, and Team Mentoring. Your expertise should include Salesforce Standard Product knowledge such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in Salesforce.com CRM configuration, customization, Integration, and App Exchange Product Development. Your role will involve requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization with business users. You will be responsible for multiple phases of projects including design, development, implementation, and testing. It is essential to have strong experience in defining and prioritizing objectives, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional and offshore teams. Excellent communication skills are a must along with experience in Release management, CI/CD pipeline, and Code review. Desired skills for this position include proven experience in implementing solutions using APEX, Lightning, proficiency in Web Service Integration, and experience with Heroku or Lightning Development (SFDC) would be preferred. Possessing Salesforce certifications would be considered a bonus. Key skills required for this role include SFDC configurations, Salesforce Apex, LWC, and integration. The preferred qualifications for this position are BTech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc IT/BSc IT. Possessing Salesforce certifications would be an added advantage.
