Tech Lead / Tech Manager

As an Associate Technical Architect at this company based in Hyderabad, your role will involve leading a sizable team and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Your strong coding experience in Java/JEE technologies, along with your expertise in Spring technologies, will be essential for this position. You will be responsible for developing RESTful Web services and working with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra) databases. Additionally, your experience with cache tools and knowledge of various technologies such as Maven, Redis, active MQ, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, VM Ware, and GITLab will be valuable assets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively - Develop RESTful Web services - Work with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra) databases - Utilize cache tools for optimal performance - Collaborate with various technologies including Maven, Redis, active MQ, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, VM Ware, and GITLab - Implement product development strategies and contribute to product release management Qualifications Required: - Degree or PG in Information Technology or equivalent - Strong experience in Java/JEE technologies - Good knowledge of Spring technologies - Hands-on experience with REST API - Familiarity with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra) databases - Product development background with a strong analytical mindset - Ability to manage multiple tracks simultaneously - Experience in product release management and patch management If you have experience in ITSM enabled tools and a good understanding of ITIL procedures, it will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period are preferred. Candidates with product thinking and experience in end-to-end product development teams will be given preference.,
