Preferred Experience and Qualification: Support translation of customer pain points and expectations into technical requirements and prepares plans to address them appropriately Work with the sales and pre-sales team to showcase the organizational capabilities in technology Provide recommendations/ suggestions to seamlessly deliver application engineering solutions in Sterlite Tech to increase effectiveness and efficiency of solutions Support the Technology Unit Head to visualize and implement new technology Identify and report technical roadblocks in implementation or adoption Stays abreast of the latest technological advances in his own field/sphere and initiates plans to implement the same at Sterlite Responsible for propagating a culture of good manufacturing practices, driving values of Sterlite along with continuous improvement Responsible for mentoring and coaching the reporting staff and other employees Requirement : Front-end / UI/ UX Developer Experience : 4 to 8 Yrs Location: Pune / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Gurgaon (WFH - Remote) Experience of UI / UX Development using React, Angular or other (React preferred) Experience of HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap and / or Tailwind CSS Experience of Typescript and Javascript Experience of connecting to and consuming Rest API and Backend Services Experience of Node, NPM, Package Management Experience of Using GIT based source control (preferably Azure DevOps Repository or other Git base source control) Experience of UI / UX Design for Business Applications (preferable) Experience of Wireframing using Adobe XD, Figma or other (preferable)
