Tech Lead (React.js + Django/Python + PostgreSQL) Product-Focused Role

As a Tech Lead at Interiokeys, you will play a crucial role in driving the next stage of our platform by combining technical leadership and product ownership. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technical Leadership**: - Define and maintain scalable architecture across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms. - Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions. - Mentor junior/mid-level engineers. - Make architectural and stack decisions involving React, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and Elasticsearch. - Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance. - Manage technical debt, refactoring, and DevOps coordination using Docker and CI/CD. - **Product Management**: - Define and maintain the product roadmap and vision. - Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Conduct competitor and market research for product insights. - Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and technical feasibility. - Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and guide sprint retrospectives. - Balance technical excellence with business goals. Your skills should include: - **Technical**: - Strong expertise in React.js and Django/Python ecosystems. - Deep understanding of PostgreSQL database design and optimization. - Hands-on experience with microservices, Celery, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Docker. - Understanding of mobile app architecture and API integrations. - Experience designing and deploying scalable distributed systems. - **Product & Leadership**: - Excellent leadership and team-mentoring abilities. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong product sense and empathy for users. - Data-driven decision making and stakeholder management. - Familiarity with product management tools like Jira and Linear.
