Tech Lead Principal Solution Architect

You are a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Principal Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions for the organization. Collaborating with Engineering Leadership, you will work across multiple squads, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive technological innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical designs for software applications, systems, and infrastructure, leading the establishment of technical best practices, mentoring and guiding a team of engineers, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, assessing existing systems for enhancement, occasionally engaging in coding using various technologies, ensuring compliance with standards, conducting code reviews, addressing architecture, security, and scalability risks, and ensuring good governance and project management.
