Tech Lead - .NET C + Azure

Role Overview: At YASH Technologies, we are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET + Azure Tech Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience (minimum 3 years in technical leadership) to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and driving the adoption of cloud-native architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure applications using .NET (C#) and Azure Paas - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions - Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to development team members - Ensure best practices in software development, coding standards, and performance optimization - Plan and execute application modernization, migration to Azure, and cloud-native development - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production incidents - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in software development with .NET/C# - 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role - Strong expertise in Azure services such as: App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Paas / GitHub Actions - Experience in microservices architecture and API development (REST/GraphQL) - Proficient in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) - Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance tuning - Excellent communication and leadership skills Additional Company Details: YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator focused on helping clients reimagine operating models, enhancing competitiveness, optimizing costs, fostering exceptional stakeholder experiences, and driving business transformation.
