Job Title : SAP Data Migration Architect / Tech Lead Experience : 7-10 Years Role : Architect / Tech Lead: Band B3 Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Architect / Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in data integration/data migration projects, with at least 5 years of leading SAP ERP data migration projects using ETL approaches. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions for data migration projects, from discovery to go-live, working closely with ERP functional consultants and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : - Lead SAP ERP data migration projects in an Architect capacity using ETL approaches for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes. - Provide overall architecture solutions for data migration projects, ensuring smooth execution from discovery through go-live. - Participate in the data migration strategy, including environment and infrastructure planning. - Hands-on proficiency in any industry-standard ETL tool, with a strong emphasis on SAP BODS. - Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring all stakeholders understand the technical aspects of the data migration process. - Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. - Provide effort estimation and planning for the ERP data migration lifecycle. - Communicate effectively with excellent listening skills, ensuring all project requirements and updates are clearly understood. Prior experience in customer interfacing roles and leading AMS projects is advantageous.
