Tech Lead (Java + React/Angular)

You will be required to bring in 6-9 years of relevant experience for the position based in Gurgaon or Bangalore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the cloud-native, message-driven platform. Your role will involve mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, establishing system architecture at the feature level, and ensuring that code quality, performance, and scalability are in line with the business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing microservice back-end solutions using Java or Go, as well as developing SPA front-end applications using React or Angular. You will be expected to break down product requirements into sprints, and enforce agile best practices throughout the development process. Additionally, you will need to optimize data flow through message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS. Leading design and code reviews, and promoting principles like SOLID, clean code, and secure coding will be a crucial part of your role. You will also play a key role in guiding continuous integration and continuous deployment processes, containerization with Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes. Moreover, you will be responsible for coaching developers, supporting in hiring processes, and conducting performance evaluations. In case of production incidents, you will be required to troubleshoot using deep packet inspection tools like Wireshark, and drive root-cause fixes to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.,
