Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality codebases using various programming languages and technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product quality.

Job Requirements
