Tech Lead - Full Stack Web Applications

You will be working as a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Massive Mobility, a company focused on developing technologies to accelerate EV adoption in India through its brand 1C. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the web platforms to ensure scalability, stability, and speed for the products driving Indias EV revolution. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using Node.js and React. Your primary focus will be on ensuring speed, responsiveness, and reliability across platforms, collaborating with engineering and product teams to define specifications, and owning feature delivery end-to-end. Additionally, you will design backend microservices, APIs, and data flows, drive clean and intuitive web interfaces, mentor team members, identify bottlenecks, optimize codebase efficiency, own testing and deployment processes, and contribute to long-term growth through clean documentation and scalable frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with Node.js and React - Ensure speed, responsiveness, and reliability across platforms - Collaborate with engineering & product teams to define specs and own feature delivery end-to-end - Design backend microservices, APIs, and data flows for scalability - Drive clean, intuitive, and performant web interfaces - Mentor team members through code reviews, best practices, debugging, and problem-solving - Identify bottlenecks, squash bugs, and improve codebase efficiency - Own testing, deployment, and production reliability - Write clean documentation and set up frameworks for long-term growth **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with demonstrated leadership skills - Proficiency in Node.js (5+ years) and React.js (3+ years) - Previous experience in tech leadership roles (2+ years) with project or team leadership - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Proficient with databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB - Experience with AWS deployments, Docker, REST APIs (GraphQL a plus), Git workflows, and collaboration - Product ownership or PM experience is a plus Apply now to be part of Massive Mobility and contribute to the high-impact, fast-growing, and cutting-edge challenges in the EV ecosystem of India.
