Tech Lead BI & Analytics

As a Tech Lead specializing in BI & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable data solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing BI and analytics projects from concept to deployment, architecting and developing APIs and microservices, and building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions using tools like ClickHouse and Databricks. You will also be driving development using Azure Cloud services such as Data Factory, Blob Storage, and Azure Databricks, leveraging Generative AI tools for development acceleration, and designing deployment workflows using Docker and/or Kubernetes. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members will be crucial to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, ClickHouse, Databricks, Azure Cloud, and containerization technologies. Additionally, a good understanding of GenAI-based code assist tools and API development is required. You should possess strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team. Preferred qualifications include strong communication and collaboration skills, experience working in agile environments, and exposure to CI/CD tools and Git branching strategies.
