Tech Lead Backend

As a Tech Lead at Skeps, a blockchain-based tech company, your role is vital in driving the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of integrated web systems that support the business goals. Your responsibilities include leading the organization's technical strategy, managing team sprints, identifying and implementing technology solutions, optimizing infrastructure assets, ensuring adherence to technology standards, and leveraging stakeholder feedback for continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the organization's technical strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Manage team sprints, providing direction for operational efficiency and timely delivery. - Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to address current and future needs. - Optimize infrastructure assets to meet internal targets effectively. - Establish and enforce technology standards and best practices. - Drive thought leadership, innovation, and creativity within the technical domain. - Utilize stakeholder feedback to drive necessary improvements and adjustments to technology implementations. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience with Node.js. - 3+ years of team management experience. - 6+ years of experience in building end-to-end full-stack products. - Strong command of Node.js and its internals. - Proficiency in developing RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS. - Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc. - Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly MS Azure (AWS knowledge is a plus). - Detail-oriented mindset and a dedication to developing high-quality products. - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies. - Willingness to thrive in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.,
