Tech Lead / Architect

As a Founding Tech Lead/Architect (AI + Full Stack) at our company based in Chandigarh/Mohali, India, you will play a crucial role in building the next-generation ad-creative automation and campaign intelligence platform where AI meets performance marketing at scale. You will have the opportunity to work on various cutting-edge technologies and be involved in end-to-end backend architecture, AI-powered workflows, creative pipelines, bulk campaign workflows, KPI ingestion, and robust security measures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build end-to-end backend architecture using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, and Redis - Implement AI-powered workflows utilizing LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, and vector DBs such as pg vector and Pinecone - Develop creative pipelines using TTS, FFmpeg, and Remotion, along with media orchestration - Create bulk campaign workflows using Meta/Google APIs and manage cost caps, retries, etc. - Ensure KPI ingestion and reporting across Red Track and affiliate networks - Establish robust security measures including OAuth2, RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails - Design clean data models to rank hooks/ads based on metrics like ROAS, CVR, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, proficiency in Postgres/SQL and Redis - Familiarity with workflow tools like Temporal, Bull MQ, n8n, Airflow, etc. - Hands-on experience with APIs including Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, and idempotency - Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as Lang Chain, embeddings, and vector DBs like Weaviate and pg vector - Bonus skills in Red Track, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Remotion By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to own the architecture from scratch, work on a SaaS-ready platform, build AI-first and performance-driven technology with real users from day one, enjoy a market-leading salary in Chandigarh/Mohali, be part of an on-site team with a startup pace, and have massive ownership in your projects.,
