Tech Lead / Architect

Role Overview: Join our team as a Founding Tech Lead / Architect specializing in AI and Full Stack technologies, with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript. In this leadership role, you will be based on-site in Chandigarh/Mohali, India, working full-time to build the next-gen ad-creative automation & campaign intelligence platform. This platform will be at the intersection of AI and performance marketing at scale, enabling the generation of hundreds of creatives, bulk-launching across Meta/Google, pulling performance data from RedTrack/affiliate networks, and auto-iterating based on successful strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an end-to-end backend architecture using technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, and Redis - Implement AI-powered workflows utilizing LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, and vector DBs (pg vector, Pinecone) - Create and manage creative pipelines involving TTS, FFmpeg, Remotion, and media orchestration - Design bulk campaign workflows using Meta/Google APIs with features like cost caps, retries, etc. - Manage KPI ingestion and reporting across RedTrack and affiliate networks - Ensure robust security measures including OAuth2, RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails - Establish clean data models for ranking hooks/ads by metrics like ROAS, CVR, etc. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, proficiency in Postgres/SQL, and Redis - Familiarity with workflow tools such as Temporal, Bull MQ, n8n, Airflow, etc. - Hands-on experience with APIs including Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, and idempotency - Exposure to AI/ML concepts like Lang Chain, embeddings, and vector DBs (Weaviate, pg vector, etc.) - Bonus skills in RedTrack, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Remotion Additional Company Details: By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to own the architecture from scratch and contribute to building a SaaS-ready platform.
