Tech Lead - Android Developer

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Your familiarity with RESTful APIs should enable you to connect Android applications to back-end services effectively. Additionally, your expertise in Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices will be crucial to the role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Android SDK to develop and maintain mobile applications - Implement RESTful APIs to establish connections with back-end services - Design user interfaces following Android design principles and best practices - Utilize open-source Android ecosystem and available libraries for various tasks Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SQLite, MySQL, or similar database management systems - Experience with Eclipse/Android Studio - Understanding of media handling, including streaming playback (HLS/DASH/MPEG) - Strong grasp of Software Quality Assurance policies and procedures - Ability to customize various players such as Media player, Exo player, JW player, Video player, YouTube player, Video view, and Surface view In addition to the above requirements, it is desired that you possess a good understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
