For more information, visit Lowes India About the Team The Technology Finance team partners with the CIO org to drive technology goals towards business outcomes in a financially prudent manner. It is responsible for providing analyses, insights and reporting that help identify drivers of performance and guide appropriate actions to improve financial outcomes. The Tech Finance team partners with the business to deliver insightful and proactive financial analysis that drive fact-based, data-driven decision making for the Technology business. We are looking for a Lead Analyst – FP&A who will be responsible for delivering operational and financial insights & recommendation to Technology leaders and drive business decisions. This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills. The candidate should have a proven track record of influencing and supporting decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Roles & Responsibility A subject matter expert in FP&A/ Corporate Finance A self-starter who is independently able to handle complex problem statements Able to use & collect data from multiple BI / reporting tools and synthesize summaries / surface insights Have an affinity for the Technology business with a sound financial lens and a strong analytical foundation Comfortable with presenting & reporting consistent & accurate financial information to leadership Drive productivity initiatives & simplification projects to optimize tech spend Build scenarios and financial models to support decision-making, raise awareness, and visualize key trends. Build business cases and create metrics to measure business impact of Technology projects Understand and be able to translate operational & Technology metrics into financial impact. Primary skill Own periodic & ad hoc financial reporting of technology P&L, forecasting & insights Working knowledge of financial modelling using MS Excel or related tools Track & drive productivity initiatives & other analytical projects for Technology Drive development of long term and short-term plan/ forecast strategies and build driver-based budgeting and forecasting processes Proactively flag potential risks to spend and propose actionable solutions to mitigate these risks. Track & measure business outcomes from Technology deliverables & products Own the design, maintenance & development of new metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Identify ways to automate processes to make reporting easier and spend more time on analysis & recommendations Develop business case as and when new technology investment is needed Track, analyze & report business impact of technology products / features by designing OKRs and financial measurement Years of Experience: 6+ years of prior experience in FP&A / finance. You are a dynamic and strategic Financial Officer sought to lead the financial operations of a growing organization. Your responsibilities include planning, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, overseeing audits, managing fundraising and investor relations, and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring global finance leadership experience, particularly in tech, and have a strong command, and multi-entity consolidations. You will drive the overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning as a part of the strategic finance leadership. Leading financial operations across entities (US, EMEA, APAC) ensuring compliance and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO on key financial decisions are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes, oversee intercompany transactions and multi-currency consolidation, manage statutory audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications for this position include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) with an additional qualification in Law (CS), 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, 2+ years of experience in leadership with exposure to global finance operations, proven experience in tech/SaaS startups and multinational corporations, strong expertise in financial consolidation, and statutory reporting, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and advanced tools.
