Tech Director

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at VenPep, you will have the opportunity to showcase your ambition, hands-on skills, and readiness to step into a future leadership role in the technology domain. You will play a pivotal role in not only coding and architecting but also taking ownership of multiple deployments, leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and adoption across our diverse product portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technology & Development** - Actively design, code, review, and debug across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms. - Build and optimize multi-tenant SaaS systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Lead the development of APIs, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards. - Explore and implement AI-first solutions to enhance product innovation and adoption. - Ensure the implementation of strong DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and reliable deployments. - **Project & Delivery Ownership** - Own end-to-end delivery of product modules and client projects. - Plan sprints, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases. - Coordinate with product and business teams to align technical execution with client requirements. - Manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth deployments across multiple projects. - **Leadership & Growth Path** - Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards and best practices. - Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and problem-solving. - Serve as the technical lead for AI adoption and emerging technologies. - Prepare for a transition into a future Tech Lead role as the company scales. **Requirements:** - 10+ years of hands-on development experience with full-stack expertise. - Strong proficiency in Backend (Node.js, Python), Frontend (React.js / Vue.js), Mobile (Flutter), Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB), Cloud & DevOps (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). - Track record in building scalable SaaS platforms and integrations. - Exposure to AI/automation frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, ML/NLP, N8N, LangChain) preferred. - Experience in managing multiple deployments/projects concurrently. - Strong grounding in security, compliance, and performance optimization. **Soft Skills:** - Hands-on leader who excels in writing code while considering scale and delivery. - Fast learner with an AI-first mindset and openness to adopting emerging technologies. - Excellent communicator with technical and business stakeholders. - Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
