Tech Director

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at VenPep, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing technology group dedicated to building multiple SaaS products in various innovative fields such as AI, automation, community engagement, digital assets, and voice-tech. Alongside developing our products, you will also lead global client projects across different countries like the US, UK, Singapore, and India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively design, code, review, and debug across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms. - Build and optimize multi-tenant SaaS systems focusing on scalability, security, and performance. - Lead the development of APIs, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards. - Implement AI-first solutions to drive product innovation and adoption. - Ensure strong DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and reliable deployments. - Own end-to-end delivery of product modules and client projects. - Plan sprints, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases. - Coordinate with product and business teams to align technical execution with client requirements. - Mentor junior developers, establish coding standards, and drive a culture of innovation. - Prepare for a future Tech Lead role as the company scales. **Requirements:** - 10+ years of full-stack development experience. - Proficiency in technologies like Node.js, Python, React.js/Vue.js, Flutter, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in building scalable SaaS platforms, exposure to AI/automation frameworks, and managing multiple deployments/projects. - Strong grounding in security, compliance, and performance optimization. **Soft Skills:** - Hands-on leader who focuses on both coding and scalability. - Fast learner with an AI-first mindset and open to adopting emerging technologies. - Excellent communicator across technical and business stakeholders. - Strong ownership, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
