Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles Experience in implementing SAP FI S/4HANA solutions Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FI modules Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
