Sought out as experts, emerging ideas to life by shaping business acumen and fluid communication skills to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing SAP Data Migration strategies Analyze and optimize data migration processes Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Data Migration Strong understanding of data migration best practices Experience with data mapping and transformation Knowledge of SAP systems and data structures Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Data Migration This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
