Project Role :Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement, and enhance marketplace reputation. You will shape client strategy, work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, and implement technology best practice business changes.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead and mentor junior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts.

Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Additional Information:The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
