Design scalable architecture for complex Odoo implementations. Work with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements. Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database structures. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews. Handle cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure performance, reliability, and security of deployed systems. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above). Proficient in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Linux. Experience in API integrations, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Solid understanding of business workflows and ERP principles. Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent. Proven experience in large-scale Odoo implementations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
