The ideal candidate will drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable. You will collaborate with Games Mathematicians and Games Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game design requirements. It will be your responsibility to brief game requirements to game artists, animators, audio, and developers. Throughout the development phase, you will work closely with the team, including running daily stand-ups, tracking project progress, and liaising with project managers, mathematicians, and key stakeholders to ensure the original vision is executed within the agreed budget and timelines. Additionally, you will conduct product testing and reviews, identify core user experience issues, and prioritize feedback. Communication with your manager and team about workload and projects is essential. You will also analyze competitors and in-house products, stay updated on trends in social casino, real casino industries, and other media, and be open to working on any reasonable task requested by your senior manager. Participation in after-business-hours calls may be required based on business needs. Key Skills/Experience: - Proven experience in delivering high-performing slots in the gambling sector - Ability to write and maintain game design documentation - Excellent presentation skills - Understanding of factors that make a game appealing and fun to play - Market assessment, trend analysis, and marketing insights - Strong time and priority management skills - Ability to create mock-ups on paper and digitally The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in art or a related discipline with 9-12 years of experience in the Art/Tech Art field, including some project management experience. You should have at least 3 years of experience in the slot gaming industry. Collaboration in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment is crucial, along with the ability to work across multiple time zones, build consensus, and drive results. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, collaborative nature, high organization, curiosity, respectfulness, flexibility, and a player-focused mindset are important traits.
