Install, configure, and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Monitor network performance and ensure high availability using tools like Nagios, Wireshark, SolarWinds. Implement and maintain network security (VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACLs). Troubleshoot network outages, conduct root cause analysis, and perform preventive maintenance. Maintain up-to-date documentation: network diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting logs. Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support business growth. Participate in on-call rotation for network incidents. Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
