Role: GCP SRE Experience: 8 to 15 Years Location: Pan India Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, GCP services, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement cloud architectures leveraging GCP services (Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.) Migrate on-premises workloads to GCP, optimizing for cost and performance. Manage and maintain GCP infrastructure, including resource provisioning, configuration, and monitoring. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems. Implement security best practices and compliance standards. Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage cloud-native applications. Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues. Stay up-to-date with GCP advancements and industry best practices. Requirements Strong proficiency in GCP services and architecture. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of networking, storage, and database concepts. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing Linux server environments GCP certifications (Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, etc.) Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks.
