In this role at Samvardhana Motherson Peguform (SMP), a specialist in high-quality interior and exterior components, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Organizing and leading the assigned logistics team members to ensure smooth operations. - Supporting in the procurement of purchased parts and the in-house production at the Oldenburg plant. - Planning and coordinating the assembly of bumpers during the pre-series phase. - Ensuring timely delivery of products according to customer requirements. - Monitoring and managing the compliance of change management processes. - Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to logistics. - Performing general warehouse activities including inventory monitoring, material provision, picking, and warehouse cleaning following the FIFO principle. - Acting as a communication interface between production control, material planning, shipping, and project teams. - Managing container operations at the site. - Upholding work safety standards in the operational environment. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Completed training as an Industrial Master / Logistics Master. - Forklift license including successful G25 examination preferred. - Experience in handling material handling equipment. - Several years of relevant experience in JIT/JIS supply field. - Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office. - Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, resilience, and team spirit. - Class B driver's license.
