Teamcenter Solution Consultant

As a Teamcenter Solution Consultant with 8-12 years of experience, your role involves supporting and enhancing PLM solutions across enterprise environments. You will utilize your strong hands-on expertise in Teamcenter modules, BOM management, T4S integration, and Active Workspace (AWC) to collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams in delivering scalable and efficient PLM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Siemens Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and integrations. - Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and configure Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Quality Management, and Workflow. - Provide technical leadership in Teamcenter customization using ITK, RAC, BMIDE, and SOA. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex Teamcenter issues and performance bottlenecks. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams. - Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and data governance policies. Required Skills: - 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model, and deployment strategies. - Experience with BOM configuration, workflow design, and change management. - Proficiency in BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace. - Experience with T4S and SAP integration workflows. - Familiarity with ALM, AI/ML concepts and their relevance to PLM. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
