Teamcenter PLM Lead

As a Technical Manager at Siemens PLM & Digital Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of integrated PLM and MOM solutions. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring architectural alignment, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the product and manufacturing lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Siemens PLM (Teamcenter, NX) and MOM (Opcenter Execution, Opcenter APS) solutions. - Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and integration specialists. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps. - Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance. - Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with Siemens standards. - Ensure seamless integration between PLM and MES systems to support digital thread and digital twin strategies. - Oversee project planning, technical governance, and quality assurance. - Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations. - Stay updated on Siemens software innovations and industry best practices. - Coordinate with global delivery teams and manage vendor/partner relationships. **Qualifications:** **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in PLM and MES/MOM domains, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role. - Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and Opcenter platforms. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and digital transformation. - Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, IIoT platforms). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Siemens certifications in Teamcenter, Opcenter, or NX. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments. - Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices. - Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices). **Additional Details:** The essential skills for this role include Teamcenter Customization, C++, core java, and Advanced java/ Opcenter.
