Teamcenter Automation Test Manager

As an experienced Teamcenter Automation Test Manager at Teknikoz, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of automated test strategies for PLM implementations, with a specific focus on Siemens Teamcenter. Your role will involve combining deep technical expertise in automation tools and frameworks with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing automation testing strategies for Teamcenter applications and integrations, establishing testing scope, priorities, resources, and timelines in alignment with project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria. You will design and develop automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Tosca, or custom scripts with Java/Python, integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain reusable test automation libraries for Teamcenter modules. In addition to automation development and execution, you will lead a team of automation engineers and manual testers, providing technical guidance and mentoring, reviewing test plans and scripts, and conducting regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve efficiency. You will oversee defect logging, triage, and resolution tracking, drive root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing. As the primary contact for all automation testing activities, you will present regular reports on test coverage, execution status, and quality metrics to project leadership. The ideal candidate for this role will have IT experience in test automation for Siemens Teamcenter, strong experience with Teamcenter AWC, Rich Client, and Teamcenter Integrations, proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Tosca, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber, and hands-on experience in scripting with Java, Python, or C#. Additionally, experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, strong knowledge of PLM processes and software testing methodologies, and proven leadership skills are required. Preferred skills for this role include experience with API testing, knowledge of performance testing tools, familiarity with cloud-hosted Teamcenter environments, and ISTQB or equivalent certification.,
