You are an experienced Senior Teamcenter Developer with over 8 years of expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, development, and testing using the Siemens Teamcenter framework and related tools. Your strong understanding of PLM concepts, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in an Agile environment will be essential for success. Your key responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions using Siemens Teamcenter PLM tools and APIs. You will analyze business requirements and design scalable PLM solutions aligned with AAM's PLM framework. Managing PLM security features and protocols, working across the full software development lifecycle, configuring and customizing Teamcenter Active Workspace Client (AWC), and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop Rich Client, Server-side, and Utility components within the Teamcenter ecosystem, document solution proposals, technical specifications, and implementation strategies, and support Bill of Materials (BoM) management and Change Management processes within Teamcenter. To excel in this position, you should have 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development and customization. Strong knowledge of Product Design, Manufacturing processes, BoM, and Change Management is required. Hands-on experience with Java, C/C++, and Teamcenter APIs, as well as experience in configuring and customizing AWC, are essential. A proven track record in PLM security implementation, a strong understanding of Siemens Teamcenter Rich Client and Server development, familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will be beneficial. Effective written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for this role.,
