Good understanding in SLA/KPI reporting for deliverables 2. Experience in Scope reading, Assessment and Service delivery 3. Experience working with Clients outside India 4. Understanding of programming language like VB .Net 5. Exposure in Automation, Process improvements 6. Good communication and organizing skills
