Business leads management and follow-up to nurture potential opportunities. Create RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and capability decks. BRD and FRD preparation is a plus. Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope and deliverables. Conduct market and competitor research to inform proposals and strategies. Maintain business pipeline and follow up on client opportunities. Support reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review. What We re Looking For: MBA or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, or IT Management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in proposal creation and client presentations. Experience in preparing BRD and FRD is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; Canva skills are a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of IT solutions. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Work on exciting IT projects and global client engagements.
