As a Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing the technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. Your responsibilities will include discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage, assisting departments in using technology profitably, supervising system infrastructure for functionality and efficiency, building quality assurance and data protection processes, monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance, and using stakeholders" feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. Additionally, you will communicate the technology strategy to partners and investors. Furthermore, you will be required to determine design philosophies, participate in events to stay updated on the latest technologies and investments, administer company resources efficiently to drive growth, monitor equipment and tools, ensure timely completion of projects with optimal quality standards, and coordinate with project engineers to achieve company objectives. Maintaining patient information confidentiality, assisting in recruitment and training of engineering staff, coordinating engineering practices to reduce costs and improve project quality, and efficiently filling patient forms according to policies are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Technical Officer or in a similar leadership position, a solid understanding of technological trends to build strategies, knowledge of budgets and business planning, the ability to conduct technological analyses and research, excellent communication skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving aptitude. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, while an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is considered a plus.
